The only saving grace of our Christmas stay were the convenient location near popular attractions and the tasty food served by the hotel. The city tours were easily accessible and enjoyable. , the staff were polite and friendly, adding charm to the experience.
The hotel facilities were a letdown for us. There was no hot water in the room, a metallic taste in the water, and no wifi provided despite being advertised.

The hotel was incredibly located in the heart of the city, with easy access to the station and airport. The staff provided impeccable service, and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a good variety. The doorman and restaurant staff were great, and the room had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

My partner and I had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. We enjoyed the comfortable and cozy room with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The location is amazing, just a short walk to local attractions and restaurants. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. We loved the added bonus of the complimentary bottle of wine in our room upon arrival.
There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy as much. The bathroom could have been cleaner and better maintained.
